P..P..PICK UP A PUMPKIN AT MAXEYS FARM SHOP!

                                        P..P..Pick Up A Pumpkin! 

All of our pumpkins are home grown from seed. There are three generations of the Maxey family involved from setting the seed to planting out and harvesting. Due to crop rotation we can't always grow on the fields next to the shop so we grow our pumpkins in other fields and harvest them for you to pick from the farm shop field. We have thousands of Pumpkins to choose from including many varieties of squash. Collect one of the wheelbarrows provided and off you go!

-First on your adventure…The Spooky Woodland Walk - a friendly Halloween themed trail in the middle of our woodland! How many bats can you see?!

Beware of the Wicked Witch and Vampire!

-After the Spooky Woodland Walk, why not take a ride on James' Pumpkin Carriage! A Halloween themed tractor ride through the fields of our farm.

Watch out for any hidden Spooks along the way! (£2 per person)

Look out for the Scarecrows! Which one is your favourite? We invite schools to create a Scarecrow based on their favourite book...Which one is your favourite? Please vote as the top three will win a prize. Your entry will also enter you into our Hamper Prize Draw.

​-By this point I'm sure your tummies will be rumbling!

Outside we have a BBQ with our delicious homemade burgers and sausages using our fresh meat from the farm shop. The Outdoor ‘Pop-Up’ Deli Counter will have our warm homemade sausage rolls, tempting gooey chocolate brownies, mega millionaires, fabulous flapjacks, our famous hand dipped chocolate apples along with many other scrumptious homemade delights!

In our horsebox you will find our Wicked Whippy Ice Scream!

 

Freshly baked hot Jacket Potatoes with a selection of toppings!

And freshly made Crepes for a delicious dessert.​

Along the way there are plenty of Photo Opportunities! Make it a day to remember with our themed photo set ups and picturesque setting! Take your annual photo in our ‘spooky face board’! Have you sat and had a chat with our witch in the woods?!

What day out would be complete without a visit to the Halloween Gift Tent?! In here you will find a huge range of Halloween Decorations for the home, Frightful Treats & Sweets and Costumes! We have an extensive selection from tealights and candles to spiders and bats!
